To that end, for several years now, Lennar has hired Focus 44 and Santa himself to bring a little Christmas to several of their western metro developments.

Our job was to photograph children and families that attended Christmas open houses in several west-metro Lennar developments.

A Winning Team

The difficulty with photographing children is two fold: lighting and expression.

We brought 1200 watts of lighting power, and Santa brought the smiles.

Web Design

Lennar paid us to shoot the photos and create a web site where parents can download their images.

Parents log in using the email they provided on their sitting form to access their photos.
